Chef Penni, owner and founder of Nature's Table Cooking School, is the wife of her high school sweetheart and best friend of 28 years, a mother of three beautiful young women, and a grandmother to two grandchildren (one of which is in heaven).
Penni is also a graduate of the Nutrition Therapy Institute through which she has gained her certification as a Natural Foods Chef. God’s Garden of Eden is her inspiration. Now it is her mission to help educate others about eating healthy with the delicious and colorful bounty nature provides.
Her culinary journey started in Fort Worth, Texas, where she enrolled at the Culinary School of Fort Worth in the Chef Pro I class. Hell's Kitchen 2010 winner, Chef Nona Sivley, was her chef instructor who taught her how to survive in a commercial kitchen!
Her husband’s employer then transferred their family to Denver in 2009 but her passion in the culinary industry grew fonder. In the fall of 2010 Penni enrolled in a Nutrition Class at the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Colorado. That class led to a further pursuit in healthy living and eating lifestyles.
Once again she transferred to the Nutrition Therapy Institute and studied under Chef Lynda Lacher, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate. This was an intensive nutrition based program which is exactly what Penni was looking for.
Now it is her passion to help the home cook on a weekly basis by providing delicious and nutritious gluten free meals along with a grocery list. This WILL save you time and money. A plan of action is necessary to save money even at Whole Foods! Let's get cooking and live well!

We'll send you a full week of gluten-free recipes and complete the grocery list. Simply download the recipes and shopping list, print them, and you’re ready to go. All of the combing through cookbooks to find meals your family will like is done for you! We tell you exactly:
Thank you so much for the GF menu ideas--I am so appreciative! I enjoy my time in the kitchen making your tasty recipes and incorporating the practical GF tips into my daily life. Already I have saved so much time and money. Keep up the great work!
Sincerely,
Maggie
